Since 1996, we have owned The Frog Golf Course, one of Georgia’s most celebrated high-end daily fee golf courses. Our Tom Fazio-designed Frog is 4.5 star rated by Golf Digest.
Located in Villa Rica, GA, west of downtown Atlanta, The Frog is the centerpiece amenity of The Georgian master planned community. In 2015, we opened a new clubhouse at The Frog that is the social center for residents of The Georgian.
The Frog is expertly managed by Troon Golf LLC, the leader in golf course management, development and marketing.
The Georgian Lodge

United Development Company’s Ton van Dam, says he has envisioned a hotel overlooking his Frog Golf Course since he acquired the property in 1996. Now, the vision is becoming reality with the new Georgian Lodge.
Planning work is underway on a $6 million boutique hotel on The Frog Course, located next to the new clubhouse complex. Surrounded by The Georgian’s amenities of golf, sparkling pools, a tennis complex and hiking trails, the Georgian Lodge will offer a resort-quality experience and fill a need in Paulding County for a high-end hotel.
