Southlake, Texas – December 18, 2017 – United Development Company of Southlake Texas sold their 3,847 square foot Zaxby’s near the intersection of S Orlando Drive and E Lake Mary Blvd. in Sanford, Florida, which was completed this fall. The project was co-developed with Centurion Management Group, LLC located in Cornelius, North Carolina and was financed by Mark Maughn, Mike Nixon and Lance Frame from Sundance Bay Capital Partners out of Orem, Utah. Patrick Luther and Matt Mousavi of SRS Real Estate Partners out of Newport Beach, California were the selling brokers.
