United Development Company to Re-Develop UA Theater Grand Prairie 10
Southlake, Texas – June 22, 2016 – United Development Company of Southlake Texas has begun re-development of the former UA Theater Grand Prairie 10 transforming it into a 60,000 square foot retail center featuring Starbucks, R Taco, Panera, a national grocer, and other retailers. United Development Company acquired the site located on the southeast corner of Westchester Parkway and Carrier Parkway in March 2015. This growing area of Grand Prairie reports a population of 225,000+ residents within a 5 mile radius of United Development Company’s site. Sean Strull, Falcon Realty Advisors, is the broker. The first tenant will open for business in the fall 2016.
